The arrangement is straightforward: you keep your records current in the software — mostly just approving categorised bank transactions and photographing receipts — and we review the quarter, query anything that looks wrong, and submit. You see what we filed. The value is not really the submission, which takes seconds; it is that someone checks the figures four times a year instead of discovering in the following January that a whole category has been mispostcoded since April. If you would rather file your own updates and only use us at year end, that works too and costs less. We are not precious about which side of the line the work sits.
